Linden House is an excellent surgery and all the Doctors, nurses and personnel that I have come in contact with are friendly, courteous, helpful and kind. I have been a patient at this surgery for 40 years and I have never had reason to complain about any of the staff. However, in recent years it has become quite difficult to get an appointment with a doctor/nurse of choice. If my appointment is a one-off then this is not a problem but if the appointment leads to investigations and a return appointment then this is where the difficulty lies. For the patient going back to the original doctor is much easier than going to a different doctor and explaining from the beginning what is going on. As a result appointment times are being overrun and there is a danger of details being missed or forgotten with each telling. This is not a complaint against the surgery but a complaint against the politicians who have been repeatedly penny pinching with the NHS. I would always reccomend this surgery unless the person is wealthy enough to go privately.

A medical emergency due to Endometriosis meant I needed an urgent injection for severe vomiting, they were quick and kind! Thank you so much, the relief after 32 hrs of painful vomiting was incredible! The nurses and doctors were amazing.

The doctors and nurses are caring and helpful. The receptions is continually rude. I think her understanding of customer service is very much distorted. She interrupts you and almost tries to end the call as soon as possible. The main job of a receptionist is to greet and deal with customer requests - providing a good level of customer service. It's a real shame that due to several bad experiences with reception I am now changing surgery. Totally unacceptable.

Went early to the Surgery as I needed a today appointment, was given a 0900 time. Seen on time, explained what was concerning me, ongoing investigations sorted including X ray, which was done that afternoon We are so lucky to have Leatherhead Hospital with all the out patient facilities - long may it last. Will now wait for the results. G P was great . Thank you
